Halozi Shipping Policy

At Halozi, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders to make your experience seamless from start to finish.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered “dispatched” once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Exact delivery windows depend on your location and the carrier.

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Canada: 3-7 Business after dispatch

Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays, transit times and tracking updates may be extended. For international orders, additional customs processing may also increase delivery times.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping information at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may lead to delays or cancellations.

  • If our system detects an address issue, we will email you within 3 business days to verify details. If we don’t receive a response, we may cancel the order.

  • If you notice an error, please email us at hello@halozi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we’ll do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee updates after this window.


Delayed Delivery

While we strive to get your order to you quickly, delays may sometimes occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:

  • Carrier or courier issues

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

If your order is affected by a delay, we will work with the courier to get it to you as quickly as possible and keep you updated. Please note that Halozi is not liable for delays caused by external factors and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. In the rare case that your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at hello@halozi.com so we can assist you.

  2. Reach out directly to the courier to file a claim (they may require additional details).

  3. In certain cases, if the package cannot be located, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Please note: Halozi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and they fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will support you through the process and do everything we can to help resolve the issue.
