Halozi Refund & Return Policy

At Halozi, we are committed to providing you with products that help you cut through brain fog, sharpen focus, and unlock lasting clarity. We believe in the effectiveness of our Lion’s Mane supplements, and we recommend using them consistently for at least 14 days before considering a refund request.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will already be processing and may not be eligible for cancellation. If your cancellation request is approved within the timeframe, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

We stand behind our product and encourage you to try Halozi for at least 14 days to feel its full benefits. If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a refund anytime after 14 days and within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We package every order with care. An item is considered “damaged” if it is defective or physically broken. Please note: dented or damaged shipping boxes do not qualify as damaged products if the product itself remains in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us at Hello@halozi.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we will replace your item at no cost. Please note that we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we work to ship every order on time, delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors are outside of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours, your order will not qualify for a refund or resend.
